The chorale is an auditioned academic concert choir comprised of men and women who are studying for professions in all walks of life and who share an interest in choral singing. The Chorale performs the great choral repertoire of all style periods from Gregorian chant to twentieth-century music. Their active performance schedule has included concerts in the United States, as well as performances on radio and television. The Chorale’s international concert tours have taken them to Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Russia, Ireland, and Greece. They have sung in some of the great cathedrals of Europe, including Notre Dame in Paris, and St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome, and have twice had the distinction of singing for Pope John Paul II at the Vatican.
