When you call, we might be assisting other students/families. Please feel free to leave a message for us (making sure to speak slowly in your message and state your/student ID#) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that during busy times of the year, it may take up to 48 hours for us to return your phone call.

Appointments

We want to hear from you and answer any questions you might have! If you would like to schedule a time to chat with us on the phone, via zoom or in-person, please make an appointment using this calendar. For “in-person” meetings, please make sure you have a mask with you and wear one if asked to do so.

If you need to meet “in person” with a financial aid staff member, you must schedule this meeting in advance.  You can schedule an in-person meeting by visiting our online appointment calendar.
