Dr. Shannon Housh has over 20 years of experience dedicated to the healthcare industry. She been passionately working to improve operational workflows and taking on leadership roles to drive positive changes. In addition to her practical work, she has been a Professor of Higher Education for Adult Learning, focusing specifically on enhancing Healthcare Operations and Organizational Leadership. Her specialties include workflow optimization, Lean Methodology, and Transformational Change Management in Business and in Healthcare. She has refined skills as a design specialist in sustainable workflow solutions, focusing on achieving operational excellence. Additionally, she is proud to be a Leapfrog Certified Coach (LCC), with comprehensive knowledge in key aspects of the Leapfrog Hospital Survey. This includes reporting periods, measure specifications and criteria, data collection and documentation, public reporting, and data use. She is passionate about driving transformational change and committed to making a positive impact in the healthcare sector through effective leadership and innovative solutions.
