Kelly ’83 Named AP Coach of the Year

University of Notre Dame football coach – and former Assumption football player and softball coach – Brian Kelly ’83 was recently named the Associated Press college football Coach of the Year. According to the AP, Kelly, who graduated from Assumption with a bachelor’s degree in political science, “received 16 of 58 first-place votes” in a poll of AP college football poll voters.
