Yoga for All Beings hosted by Lauren D’Angelo ’99
The Assumption Community is invited to “Yoga for All Beings” hosted by Lauren D’Angelo ’99 on Wednesday, January 13 at 7:00 P.M. EST.
This yoga class is for everybody. No really. You can expect to start off with some gentle, easy movement to warm the body and awaken the spine. We will build up to a moderate, but still accessible Vinyasa. And, we will end by holding poses a little longer to release tension and stress and open up key parts of the body like hips, chest, and shoulders.
Registration is free; suggested donation for Lauren’s classmate, Michael Flynn ’99 who recently passed away unexpectedly.
